Connemara is a peated single malt Irish whiskey. The art of drying malting barley on peat fires is the basis of the method of preparation that gives a peaty taste and aroma. A light and fruity nose with a smoky and peaty aroma. Soft taste and honey sweet start, malt and fruit make way for the intense full peat. Complex and balanced with vanilla oak tones. Golden honey tones followed by a peat explosion that spreads over the mouth and palate forms the aftertaste.
