Imagination Strawberry Gin is Imagination Distilling's summer release. This is year 3 and it's looking as good as ever! Plump, juicy new season strawberries have been sourced. This Gin has a punnet of strawberries per litre that has been macerated in a citrus forward craft gin. Summer in a bottle with notes of strawberries, citrus, warm spice. Sweet smooth finish. Fresh and summery. Kiwiana label. Perfect over ice with tonic or served with bubbles!

Inspired by a classic, Juniper led London dry gin bouquet, a supporting duo of lemon peel and native New Zealand flax seed, The National Distillery Company’s Verdigris is an approachable, easy-drinking dry gin and a great all-rounder. TASTE: Traditional pine and citrus notes are embellished and guided to a deeper place by the unctuous, yet finely structured tones of New Zealand Orris root. ABV: 44%

Named for the Hector’s dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector’s Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula. Pinot noir from vines in French Peak Vineyard, syrah, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a vibrant yet velvety smooth ruby red gin with notes of a fruit forward pinot noir. Bright, silky and elegant with a dash of spice. The addition of Waiheke Island Syrah adds a tannic structure to the gin while maintaining a slight sweetness on the front palate. 42% ABV

A gin cup inspired by the punches of 1800's London Punch proliferated in a city gone mad for gin. After British sailors returned to London from India, they brought with them a magical potion that takes its name from the Hindi word 'panch,' meaning five, and named for its five flavour components (spirit, sweet, dilution, citrus, spice, bitter). Our Sipsmith London Cup is inspired by these punches of old and blends Earl Grey tea, lemon verbena and borage with a selection of vermouth and bitters, and of course our classic London Dry Gin. The Nose Burnt orange and caramel with a burst of fresh citrus The Palate The bold juniper notes of the gin are complimented by a zesty marmalade on the palate Volume: 700ml

First we distilled our award-winning London Dry Gin in our copper still. Then we left it to rest on wild sloe berries, hand-picked in the autumn. The result is a truly handmade sloe gin that is subtle, complex and bursting with flavour. The Nose: Gorgeous redcurrant and ripe winter fruits with stone-fruit almond. The Palate: Cassis comes through with soft cherry hints and a rounded fruitiness. The Finish: Velvety mouthfeel and balanced sweetness.

Plymouth Sloe Gin is a quintessentially English drink – the origins of which have been lost in time. Although sloe berries grow all over Europe and many countries have their own version, it is the English style that is the most famous. Tasting Notes- Aroma: Clear character of mellow sloe berries, fruity with notes of sweet cherry and a slight scent of almonds. Palate: Smooth, fruity and full bodied, with a balanced sweetness and acidity. Finish: Long, fresh and fruity

Sloe gin starts with a good gin. We selected a unique recipe composed of 5 botanicals: juniper berry, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice and jaboticaba. Traditionally, this base spirit would then be infused with sloes and syrup. The result is a low strength sipping gin where sweetness and tartness balance each other out. Ink Sloe & Berry gin is our twist on the traditional English sloe, infused with an explosion of botanicals including Davidson plums, red & black berries and native rosella (a type of hibiscus) flowers. Ink Sloe & Berry gin offers a softer and fruiter alternative to the dry Ink Butterfly Pea gin. They both have unique and different profiles that will allow customers to enjoy our products in even more ways - they complement each other beautifully in cocktails. Ink Sloe & Berry gin will surprise some of the non-gin drinkers and can easily be sipped neat or on the rocks. Tasting Notes: Nose: Subtle notes of red fruits and rosella flower. Palate: Vibrant red berries followed by soft prunes and cherry notes then goes on to reveal a tart ending with pomegranate hints. Finish: The finish lets some dry gin notes through with juniper berry hints. Recommended serve: Ink Sloe & Berry & Tonic or 30ml on the rocks. Alc 25%

Oldy-timey gin from Hammer & Son, made with 11 botanicals to a recipe from 1783 and distilled in the oldest working pot still in England! It's even presented in an oldy-timey fashion, in a recycled, wax sealed bottle. 44% Alc

Elephant Sloe Gin combines the premium London Dry Gin with the classic flavour of wild fresh sloe berries. The fruit is harvested by hand and carefully selected; keeping only the best berries for the sloe gin production. Elephant Sloe Gin is strictly limited to one vintage a year. Macerated in the gin for several months, these wild berries provide their typical flavour and warm red colour to the spirit. Compared to other sloe gins, it has a relatively low sugar content paired with a higher alcohol volume of 35% ABV. This makes it ideally suited to mixing in cocktails as well as enjoying it neat.

Bathtub Sloe Gin 500mL Made from the multi-award-winning Bathtub gin, itself produced by infusing botanicals in a copper pot still gin, resulting in flavour which, extracted at ambient temperatures, tastes fresher and lasts longer. Every bottle is made using half a pound of the finest sloe berries. Delicious neat or in cocktails NOSE Marzipan and juniper waft up with waves of cinnamon and hot clove. Citrus swirls in the background, dancing with aromas of freshly baked cakes. PALATE Almond and berries on the entry. The berries last throughout, thick and seriously flavoursome. Hints of vanilla. Oak tannins, too. FINISH Spices last on the finish. Lip-smacking ensues. ABV: 33.8%

Picked after the first frosts, the wild sloes from the sloe trees growing on all limestone plateaux are macerated whole in gin previously distilled by Gabriel Boudier. All the aromas and the colour of the flesh and stone of the sloe dissolve in the gin. After maceration, a carefully controlled amount of sugar is added to obtain this traditional liqueur, whose origin dates back to British household traditions.
