Our Raspberry Gin is a 40% abv expression of our much-celebrated flavour pioneer, Raspberry Gin Liqueur. Fashioned using locally sourced raspberries from the soft fruit capital of the UK, Perthshire. Taking advantage of the best of seasonal Perthshire raspberries, directly sourced from the farmers door, we distil a sweet and delicious gin with real depth of flavour, very much reminiscent of raspberry jam. EW Spirits hails from Evanston in the United States of America, a city that suffered Prohibition for over one hundred years thanks to many of its advocates hailing from its dry streets. Thankfully Evanston is now home to this excellent craft distillery which takes its name ironically from the initials of Frances Elizabeth Willard, a key figure in the Temperance Movement.
